I am a woman with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). It is the most common hormonal disorder in women. I was diagnosed when I was 20 years old. I have struggled with depression, anxiety, swelling, body pains, irregular periods, hair loss, heavy and painful periods and I gained 22 kgs within four weeks that too when I was running, going to gym 4-5 days a week and eating in a way I was always eating. I personally know so many girls and women who suffer from PCOS in silence and I am very happy to help many women manage their hormone health. There is no cure for PCOS but you can definitely manage your PCOS symptoms successfully. I am a PCOS success story. I have two beautiful children and I have managed my hormone health with my program. 

Statistics show that 80 percent of women suffer from hormonal imbalance. Some women live with these imbalances without even realizing it; in fact, 70 percent are unaware of conditions like PCOS that may have manifested due to hormonal irregularities.

 I have created this program after years of personal and proffesional experiences as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor & my immense research on hormone health.
