My Yoga Shala is a place of learning, growth, internal work, guided yoga classes, meditation classes and Counselling for Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle. No previous yoga experience is required to enjoy the class, which can be tailored to a range of different levels. A maximum of 6 participants per class ensures that you receive personalized attention from Manika. Relax and recharge during a 1-hour yoga class. Enjoy personalized attention in a small group.

Who can do Yoga? 

Simple Answer is EVERYONE

  • You are inactive - You can do yoga to start building healthy habits and to bring movement to your day. 
  • If you are active - You can use Yoga class to condition your muscles & make it a part of your recovery plan.
  • If you are feeling low Yoga can uplift your mood
What to expect? 

During your one hour class, you will experience the foundational yoga postures that are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation will also be integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation, burning calories, deep stretches  and balance are the goals. I curate a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.  A playful mix of Vinayasa (Flow), Hatha & Restortive Yoga style are used in each class. 

I will guide you through this experience in a safe, enjoyable way.
